Decoding Kenya' GenZ

This data from a survey that Odipo Dev conducted on Kenya's GenZ captures the economic realities and aspirations of Kenya's GenZ and brings an understanding of how this generation often described as elusive is pursuing financial well-being at a time when economies and the nature of work are undergoing major shifts. GenZ (those born between 1996 and 2012) were surveyed in April 2024. The data captures the generation's thinking on among other things, dream jobs, considerations when choosing a job, influencing as a career path, taxes, and seeking opportunities outside Kenya
